Welcome to Paywido! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Paywido platform, website, and payment processing services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
Paywido provides a payment infrastructure that allows merchants, creators, and individuals to accept digital payments, including but not limited to one-time payments, recurring subscriptions, tips, donations, and invoice settlements. We facilitate transactions through partner banks and payment networks (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) and settle funds to your designated bank account after deducting applicable fees.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use our Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. We may perform KYC verification as required by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and anti-money laundering laws. Failure to comply may result in account suspension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are liable for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Our standard transaction fee is 1.9% + ₹2 per successful domestic transaction. International transactions may incur additional charges. Fees are subject to change with 15 days prior notice. We may deduct applicable GST, TDS, or other taxes as per Indian law.
Funds from successful transactions are settled to your registered bank account on a T+2 basis (2 business days). Settlement holds may apply for new accounts or high-risk transactions. You are responsible for providing accurate bank details.
Refunds for tips or donations are generally non-refundable unless duplicate or fraudulent. For goods/services, refunds are governed by the merchant's own policy. Please read our Refund Policy for complete details.
You may not use Paywido for illegal goods or services, including but not limited to: gambling, adult content, unlicensed financial services, multi-level marketing, counterfeit products, or any activity that violates Indian law. We actively monitor transactions and may suspend accounts without notice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). We do not sell your personal data.
All trademarks, logos, and software used in the Service are owned by Paywido or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of our Service without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paywido shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paywido from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, we will settle any pending funds subject to holds.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India. We encourage arbitration for quicker resolution.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
