Personal Information: When you register, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, business name, PAN/GST (if applicable), bank account details, and KYC documents (as per RBI).
Transaction Information: Payment amounts, dates, recipient details, and IP address.
Technical Information: Device type, browser, operating system, cookies, and usage logs.
We use your data to: process payments, prevent fraud, comply with RBI/legal obligations, communicate with you, improve our services, and troubleshoot issues. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We process your data based on: (a) your consent, (b) performance of a contract (providing payment services), (c) legal obligations, (d) legitimate interests (security, analytics).
We share data only with: acquiring banks, payment networks (NPCI, Visa, Mastercard), KYC agencies, law enforcement when required, and our cloud service providers (all bound by confidentiality). We never rent or sell your data.
We retain transaction data for 10 years as per RBI guidelines. KYC documents are retained for 10 years after account closure. You may request deletion of non-mandatory data by emailing privacy@paywido.com.
Under DPDP Act, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, withdraw consent, request erasure (subject to legal retention), and file a grievance with our Grievance Officer or Data Protection Board of India.
We implement TLS 1.3 encryption, PCI DSS Level 1 certified partners, regular security audits, and role-based access controls. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
